Processing time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3 working days.

During busy periods (such as product launches or sales), dispatch times may be slightly longer. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Delivery times & costs

Please note: delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

UK orders: Shipping is included in the product price. Orders are sent via Royal Mail or another standard courier service and typically arrive within 2–5 working days from dispatch.

International orders: Shipping costs are £7, charged in your local currency at checkout.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)

EU, Canada, USA & Australia: Import taxes and duties are included in the price.

Everywhere else: Customers are liable to pay taxes and duties upon delivery. BEEMCO is not liable for these taxes and duties.

Delivery issues

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that link at any time to see the latest updates on your delivery.

If your tracking hasn’t updated yet, don’t worry - carriers can take a little time to scan parcels, especially during busy periods.

If it’s been longer than expected or something doesn’t look right, just get in touch with us by sending an email to support@beemco.world with your order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout, re-delivery can be arranged. Additional shipping costs may apply.
